Dan Itzhaki is the CEO of Shomera Insurance Co. Ltd., one of the most profitable insurance companies in the Israeli market. Since 2017, Mr. Itzhaki has also served as a member of the board of directors at Menora Mivtachim Pension & Provident Funds Ltd. (a subsidiary of Menora Mivtachim Holdings Ltd) and the largest fund in Israel which manages NIS 200 B in assets. Mr. Itzhaki has a BA in business management, specializing in finance, computers and information systems from the College of Management Academic Studies and MA in Law from Bar-Ilan University.

Yaffa Brizinov is a senior executive and consultant with over 30 years of management experience in operational excellence, enterprise IT, and digital transformation across the industrial, energy, and food sectors. She has led large-scale, cross-organizational initiatives in ERP, supply chain, cybersecurity, and data analytics, driving measurable improvements in performance, integration, and data-driven decision-making across global and local operations. From 2017 to 2024, she served as Group CIO and VP of Information Systems at Emilia Development Group, where she oversaw enterprise-wide IT strategy and implemented advanced ERP, BI, and cybersecurity programs across 20 subsidiaries with a combined annual turnover exceeding NIS 2.2 billion. Earlier in her career, Ms. Brizinov held senior global leadership roles at CHS Inc. (USA), focusing on ERP deployment and supply chain optimization, and served as VP of Operations and CIO at Solbar Industries, where she led operations, enterprise IT, and planning functions. Ms. Brizinov brings deep expertise in enterprise systems, digital governance, IT regulatory compliance, and aligning technology with business strategy. She holds a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering from the Technion Israel Institute of Technology and an MBA from Ben-Gurion University, and she is a certified corporate CIO and director.

Mr. Winner holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science and Middle Eastern Studies from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Political Science from University of Haifa where he graduated with honors in both. He has also completed a director's course at John Brice University and College, studied financial management for managers at Tel Aviv University, and graduated with honors from the National Security College and the School of Command and General Staff.

Jonathan Or is a Co-Founder and the CEO of Beyond Oil. Mr. Or is specialized in marketing and product management (Technion University) and AccounTech, Business Management at IDC University. He is also certificated as a board director by the Israeli Bar Association. He served as a captain in an elite technology unit in the IDF from 2012 to 2018. Mr. Or joined his father, Pinhas, and took part in the Beyond Oil invention process. Step by step, they have built Beyond Oil from a small lab in their garage to an innovative and breaking-through company. He has gained rich experience in the vegetable oils field, from the business aspect and the scientific aspect as well. As an entrepreneur, Jonathan has dealt with every issue at Beyond Oil, at the strategic and practical levels, including marketing, business development, R&D, patents, HR, fundraising, government grants and finance.

Mr. Or has 25-years of entrepreneurial experience in the food and textile industries, having founded and managed several manufacturing companies, and also has over a decade of experience in oil production and filtration. Mr. Or is also a lawyer and holds an L.L.M. in Industrial and Commercial Law from Bar Ilan University.

Robert Kiesman is a private business owner and corporate lawyer who specialized in securities law and M&A at Stikeman Elliott LLP in Vancouver. He also served as Vice Chair of the board of the Provincial Health Services Authority, a public health authority in British Columbia with an annual budget of over $4 billion. He has years of experience as a public company director and officer, including as the former CEO and promoter of the company that merged with Beyond Oil. He has a law degree from the University of British Columbia and a BA in Political Studies from Trinity Western University.
